This is your special day — a milestone to remember — and we can’t wait to share it with you, your family, and friends.

Guest Tickets

You may purchase up to 4 guest tickets at 300 AED each before Sunday, 27 October 2025.

From Monday, 28 October, extra tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis (also 300 AED each, unlimited per student).

Children aged 4 and above require a ticket. Children under 4 are not permitted inside the ceremony.

Please note: to ensure a smooth experience for everyone, latecomers may be asked to wait before being seated.

Rehearsal and Portrait Photography:

Tuesday, 11 November 2025

Portrait photography opens from 11:00 am in the Emirates Palace Auditorium area. We encourage you to arrive no later than 2:30 pm.

Rehearsal starts at 5:30 pm

During rehearsal, you will collect your graduation name card — this is mandatory, as it will be handed to the Master of Ceremony so your name can be proudly announced on stage.

Graduation day:

Wednesday, 12 November 2025

Graduates arrival: 5:00 pm

Doors open: 5:45 pm

Ceremony begins: 6:30 pm

To ensure a beautiful, uninterrupted ceremony, graduates arriving after 5:30 pm will unfortunately not be permitted to go on stage.

We are committed to making this celebration joyful and comfortable for all. Please remind guests to be respectful of others so that everyone can fully enjoy this unforgettable evening.
