Biographie
Benjamin Motte-Baumvol is a leading scholar in urban geography and mobility studies. His research examines how digital transitions, telework, and urban form intersect with social inequality. He holds a PhD and HDR in Geography and Urban Planning from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
He previously served for over 20 years as Professor at Université de Bourgogne and was Honorary Research Associate at Oxford’s Transport Studies Unit. He also held a postdoctoral fellowship at INRS Montréal.
