Biographie

Prof. Delphine Dero-Bugny is Professor of European Law at the University of Paris Cité and Deputy Director of the Centre Maurice Hauriou for Public Law. Her research focuses on the institutional law of the European Union, EU litigation, and European public procurement law.

She has held the title of Professeur des Universités since 2008 and earned her Ph.D. in Law in 2004. Before joining the University of Paris Cité in 2012, she was Professor at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne and Maître de conférences at the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas.

At the University of Paris Cité, Professor Dero-Bugny serves as Head of the Master’s program in European Business Law and is an elected member of several academic and research councils. She has also been a long-standing member of national examination juries for institutions such as the École nationale d’administration (ENA), the Institut national du service public (INSP), and the French Senate, contributing her expertise in European Union law.

Her teaching covers a wide range of EU law subjects, including the internal market, fundamental rights, and European institutional law, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Internationally, she has lectured at Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and collaborated with the Federal University of Ceará (Brazil) through the PREFALC program, delivering seminars on environmental democracy and the implications of Brexit for the European Union.
